Insurance Information

Some insurance plans cover acupuncture.

If you are planning to use insurance, please call your carrier to understand your benefits before making an appointment.  Plans vary and network participation does not guarantee coverage.  

Ashley Wells, LAc. is in-network with CDPHP, United Health Care (including NYSHIP) and

 VA Community Care Network.

Most HSA/FSA (health spending accounts and flex spending accounts) will cover treatment costs.  Some people also have out-of network benefits.

Most insurance plans have out of network coverage, many of which mirror in-network coverage.

If you have checked your benefits and are using insurance, please call the office to set up your first appointment.  Information will need to be gathered to set up your billing account.
